RJ45 Modular Plug With Wide Range of Insulation Diameter: Closed End Type
The closed-end type is compatible with 2 types of load bars (inserts) for 3 different wire hole diameters: 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 1.6 mm. The 1.2 mm and 1.5 mm large diameter plugs use the same kind of the 1.5 mm load bar. The 1.6 mm large diameter plugs use the 1.6 mm load bar. Each of the inserts is made for a wide range of wire insulation diameter. If you have trouble finding connectors for a large OD cable, the closed-end large diameter plug is the best solution that allows cables in various sizes to fit into the modular plug.
The pass-thru type comes with a 1.5 mm load bar for 2 different ODs of insulations:1.2 mm or 1.5 mm. The 1.2 mm pass-thru plugs can be used with 1.05 mm to 1.15 mm stranded and solid cable ODs. The 1.5 mm pass-thru plugs are compatible with 1.35 mm to 1.45 mm stranded and solid cable ODs. It is best for quick and easy wire insertion and termination.
