With the unique 5-angled screw-fit IP20 plug boot for easy, fast and reliable installation, the 40G RJ45 field termination plug is an ideal product for re-termination up to 20 times due to the excellent IDC and PCB designs. The IP20 screw-fit plug boot is compatible with 22-26 AWG cables, and the IP20 dust cover helps prevent foreign solid particles from entering the field termination plugs. Welcome OEM and ODM orders.

The re-designed IP20 plug boot provide durability and secure grip to unscrew it for re-terminations up to 20 times. Durable plug boots provide robust protection for the cable termination point, shielding it from physical damage, bending, and environmental factors like dust, moisture, chemicals, and temperature extremes. In the process of installation, technicians’ hands may become sweaty, and the surface would be slippery to grip. These non-slip notches help our plug's surface maintains its grip, preventing your hands from slipping. This allows for easy and safe unscrewing.

Certified by IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 Class 8 International standard, our Cat.8 STP 5-Angle Toolless Field Termination Plugs are capable of delivering data and electric power through one cable. Our PoE++ field termination plugs can deliver up to 90 watts of power, and it can also be applied in MPTL. MPTL (Modular Plug Terminated Link) is a new way of termination which is classified in ANSI/TIA-568.2-D. With MPTL, installers can directly terminate horizontal cables to end devices like security cameras, LED lights, smart bell, and building automation controls. MPTL is suitable to be used in these kinds of permanent installation. MPTL streamlines the installation procedures by removing the traditional network cabling installation with patch panels in telecom rooms and faceplates in work areas. The application of PoE++ and MPTL eliminates space and the installation process, saving your cost of installation and maintenance.
RJ45 Plug for Large Cables and Wide Cable OD Ranges
Excellence Wire provides 2 types of cable ODs: 6.5 mm to 8.0 mm or 8.0 mm to 9.5 mm. The 6.5-8.0 mm field termination plugs are compatible with 23-26 AWG cables. The 8.0-9.5 mm field termination plugs are suitable to applied with 22-24 AWG cables. The field termination plugs are made of zinc alloy, which has excellent ability to maintain its shape under stress. This RJ45 plugs show a longer lifespan for the whole cabling system, reducing the frequency of replacements and maintenance.
