The 8P8C modular plug is well-designed to be terminated with Cat.6A and Cat. 7 22 to 23 AWG stranded and solid cables. With proper termination and the patented 3-prong contact pins, the connector is able to pass the component test easily, making this a competitive and ideal product. Customers can choose one of the 2 types of plug housings: UL 94V-2 or UL 94V-0. We have years of experience with ODM and OEM products. 3 Load Bars Suitable for a Wide Range of Insulation Diameter
The modular plug is compatible with 3 load bars (AKA insert) in 3 different ODs of insulations: 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, and 1.6 mm. Each of the inserts is made for a wide range of wire insulation diameter. If you have trouble finding connectors for a large OD cable, this is the best solution that allows cables in various sizes to fit into the modular plugs.

Features
The gold plating on each of the contact blades is inspected with the X-Ray machine beforehand, and its thickness can be customized from 3 micron to 50 micron. The staggered position of the wires (4 up 4 down) is a user-friendly and efficient design for quick assembly.
