RJ45 Cat.6A 8P8C Shielded Ethernet Connector for Stable Signal Integrity
The category 6A three-piece connector can terminate with both stranded and solid cables. The smart wires position (6 Top 2 Bottom) in the 3D load bar (AKA insert) with 1.1 mm wire holes provides superior compatibility and outstanding performance when assembled with C6A cables. Commonly used in computer networking and other telecommunication applications, the plug, without the middle strain relief, fits perfectly with our specially designed plug boot for protection and strain relief. The plug housing can be customized with UL 94V-2 or UL 94V-0. To meet the various demands from our customers worldwide, EXW provides OEM and ODM services. For modular plugs, the logo is usually put on the latch, the package, and the jar.

RJ45 Modular Plug Assembly Guide
1. Slide the 4 pairs of wires into the spreader and push the spreader all the way back against the insulation.
2. Cut the wires at an oblique angle and insert them into the load bar.
3. Cut the wires short and leave just enough length to fit inside the plug.
4. Place the angled section of the load bar up against the side of the plug with the contact blades.
