We provide several specs for the Category 6 pass through 8P8C connector to meet the different needs for Cat6 cabling applications. The connector comes in 2 wire sizes, 2 types of twisted pairs (UTP and STP), and 2 types of latches (snagless arc latch and non-snagless latch). The housing color of the connector can be customized, but you can also select from the 6 standard colors (transparent, blue, red, green, yellow, and black) and match it to the color of your cable.
New PoE Standard: PoE++, 4PPoE, and IEEE 802.3bt Type 4
Category 6 ethernet connector with a PoE++ RJ45 cable provides both data and power through all four pairs of the wires in the cable. Our products that are compliant with PoE++, 4PPoE, or IEEE 802.3 bt Type 4 standards can deliver up to 90 watts of power. The high bandwidth and high power given by the RJ45 connector with a PoE++ cable come in handy when you have a powered device (PD) installed in places that are further away from the power source and difficult to acquire power. You can pull 90 watts from a tiny Category 6 connector with a thin Category 6 cable and charge up some of the most demanding gadgets such as laptops. Wireless access points (WAPs), IP cameras, and VoIP phones can also be powered and given data with one cable. You do not have to have a network engineer to run data through your cables and hire an electrician to run power that costs money. With PoE++, you can do everything on one cable.

A straight trim and a clean crimp on the Category 6 pass through connector in one easy cycle is an important factor that maintains stable performance of a patch cord. To stabilize the performance of the Category 6 connector, the RJ45 Multi-Function Crimper is an affordable solution for quick crimping and cutting needs. It works with the most popular types of 8P8C connectors in the market: normal closed-end plugs, pass through plugs, plugs with or without external ground, and plugs with or without internal strain latch. It can also crimp snagless and non-snagless connectors. The RJ45 crimping tool saves time on switching to different tools and reduces costs of having many separate tools for some of the most common types of ethernet connectors. The rust-resistant black-oxide finish ratchets up high leverage and stable function. The red and black grip enhances visibility and comfort, allowing quick identification under poor lighting.
