Cat6A modular plug with a 1, 3, 7 pin down load bar simplifies wire alignment, ensuring accurate and reliable connections. The 3-prong contact pins securely clasp both solid and stranded cables, reducing oxidation and crosstalk interference. We offer custom thickness of contact blade from 3 microns to 50 microns. The Cat6A plug is tested by extreme temperature test, constant temperature and humidity test, and salt spray tests (ASTMB117-1997) to ensure their durability and reliability in various conditions.

Enhanced Network Stability with 3 Prong and Hollow Hole Design Contact Pins
The 3 prong contact pin and the hollow hole design of our 8P8C plug significantly reduce crosstalk and enhance the stability of networking connection. Our 8P8C modular plug features the 3 prong design that is compatible with both 24 to 26 AWG solid and stranded network cables. Moreover, the 3 prong contact pins branch off only after wire insertion, which prevents displacement of the contact points between the pins and copper conductors caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Additionally, the hollow hole design of 8P8C plug's contact pin reduces the area of exposed copper, reducing oxidation and crosstalk interference.
Custom Contact Blades with Rigorous Environmental Testing
The RJ45 Cat6A plugs undergo rigorous environmental testing, including extreme temperature cycling (-40°C to 70°C), and humidity test (60°C, 90% RH for 72 hours), and salt spray test ASTMB117-1997 (also called salt fog test). The thickness of our 3 prong contact blades can be customized from 3U” to 50U”. For corrosion resistance assessments of 50 microinches gold plated plug, we placed the plug in the salt fog environment for 48 hours and checked for its gold plated quality. The gold plated contact blade is considered qualified if there are fewer than 4 corrosion points per square centimeter on the side that comes in contact with female RJ45 jacks. Our RJ45 50U” gold plated plug can be inserted at a minimum of 1,200 times, exceeding the international standard (750 cycles) and show the superior durability of our plugs.
