Cat5e RJ45 Connector with Partial Shielding for EMI Reduction
Category 5E half shielded RJ45 connector has the patented 3 prong contact pins that fit with both stranded and solid cables. The gold plating thickness can be custom made from from 3U" to 50U". The gold plating is inspected and guaranteed by the X-Ray machine. The connector housing can be made with UL 94V-2 or 94V-0 material. The RJ45 connectors are commonly used in computer networking and other telephone applications. All our modular plugs follow the FCC standard. While terminating the connector, please follow the T568A or T568B wiring schemes as per ANSI / TIA-568-D standard. We have been manufacturing OEM and ODM products for many brands across the world. For connectors, the logo is usually engraved on the strain latch to increase the visibility of the brand logo.
