Not only is it easy to assemble, the plug also has better performance than the closed-end connector, tested by the DSX-8000 fluke. The wires are able to slide through the plug, and the wires position is visible before termination. Terminated with the Crimping Tool for RJ45 Pass Through Plugs, RJ11 Plugs, and RJ12 Plugs, the pass through connector is an ideal plug for easy and fast assembly. Compared to the closed-end plug, our pass through plug reduces approximately 40% of the time that it takes to assemble a Cat6 patch cable. With the EXW patented 3-prong contact pins (Z blades), the pass through connector can terminate with both stranded and solid cables. To meet the various needs from our customers worldwide, EXW offers OEM and ODM services. The thickness of the gold plating can be customized from 3 micron to 50 micron. The gold plating is inspected by the X-Ray machine beforehand to ensure the consistent quality. For modular plugs, the logo is usually put on the latch, the package, and the jar.
