Cat6 Unshielded 8P8C Connector With Arch latch

Categoty 6 unshielded 8P8C connector with arc latch uses the patented 3 prong contact blades that can terminate both stranded and solid cables. Different thickness of the gold plating are available, ranged from 3U" to 50U". The gold plating is guaranteed by the X-Ray machine. The staggered smart wire position 6 up 2 down is a user-friendly design that allows shorter and faster on-site assembly time with Cat.6 unshielded cables. The Category 6 connectors are commonly used in computer networking and other telephone applications. We have 2 kinds of plug housing: 94V-2 or 94V-0. We welcome OEM and ODM orders. For modular plugs, the logo is usually put on the latch, package, and jar. It can increase the brand visibility.

RJ45 Modular Plug With Load Bar Assembly Step 1

Remove cable jacket and cut the cross. Next, Arrange 4 pair wires according to EIA/TIA 568A or 568B wiring schemes. Then, cut the wires in an oblique angle and insert the wires into loading bar and then cut the balance wires as below.

Cut the wires to the end of the insert.

After the step above, assemble the plug and crimp the plug by hand tool or crimping machine. Finally, do the molding after crimping the plug, which lets the appearance of patch cord elegant and provides the protection to the patch cord.
