UL Certified RJ45 Patch Panel in 2 Specs: CAT5E and CAT6
The 24 port patch panel has widely used 110 and Krone blades that can be re-terminated up to 200 times. The UL 94V-0 RJ45 patch panel with universal color coded labels for T568A and T568B wiring configurations comes in 2 specs: Category 5e and Category 6 UTP patch panels. It is made with 50 microinches gold plating, the highest gold plating thickness standard. The sturdy SPCC strain relief bar and 4 flippable color pads help to support and manage cables. The color pads are available in white, red, orange, yellow, aqua, and blue.
Cat.6 UTP Patch Panel With Rectangular Pyramid IDC Block and Pre-Insert Notch
The Cat6 patch panel has rectangular pyramid punch down blocks with convex edges on the top, which can facilitate its stable 10GBASE-T performance and faster termination speed. Normally, when terminating a UTP Cat6 patch panel, you untwist wires all the way from the end to the middle. But now, you can slightly untwist a pair of wires directly from the middle for 3 to 5 times, making a small opening and hooking the wires onto the top of the block. Once the two wires are spread out and rested on the block, you can easily slide the two wires down into the rounded edge pre-insert notches at the lower part of the block. The notches help to hold the wires in place before termination.
Eco-Friendly IDC Press-Fit Technology: Press Fit, Perfect Fit
No tin welding and soldering is involved in the manufacturing process of the Cat6 UTP patch panel. During the pin insertion process, we use Press-Fit technology to press the pins into the printed circuit boards (PCBs) with force and friction. The 24 port patch panel brings out the highest performance of its spec while it is manufactured in a more environment friendly and sustainable way.
