EXW places a high value on sustainability and offers innovative RJ45 paper packaging solutions to help customers meet their ESG goals. Our eco-friendly paper packaging options for RJ45 patch cords, keystone jacks, plugs, and panels are designed to minimize environmental impact while ensuring reliable product protection. Furthermore, EXW has ISO 14064-1 GHG emission certificate, and our patch cords have also acquired ISO 14067 product carbon footprint certificate. Both our products and packaging ensure quality and meet eco-friendly.


OEM and ODM Eco-Friendly Packaging for Patch Cords

Our RJ45 patch cords come with 3 standard paper packaging options: kraft header card, kraft sleeve, and resealable paper bag. The kraft header card is ideal for patch cords up to 20 m, allowing them to be hung neatly on walls or shelves and secured with twist ties made of iron wire covered in paper, enhancing reusability and sustainability. The kraft sleeve accommodates patch cords up to 20 m, offering convenient storage and handling. The resealable paper bag suits patch cords up to 10 m, providing strong protection with a window for easy viewing.

Compact and Organized OEM Packaging for Keystone Jacks

We provide packaging options of 24 pieces or 48 pieces of IEC 60512-99-022 compliant keystone jacks per box, for Cat.5e, Cat.6, and Cat.6A panels. Each jack is securely placed in its own compartment, ensuring organization and reducing waste. Additionally, the straps can also be included in bulk packaging, allowing installers to access everything they need immediately upon opening the box. This OEM packaging method saves storage space and minimizes the time IT installers spend unwrapping individually packaged jacks and straps, streamlining installation workflows.

Paper Box Packaging for RoHS Verified 8P8C Plugs and Boots

Our UL 1863 and RoHS compliant 8P8C plugs and boots can be packaged in boxes of 100 pieces each, offering an efficient and organized solution. We typically pack the plugs and boots in bags with desiccant packs to minimize the oxidation chances of gold-plated contacts. However, if customers require completely paper-based packaging, we can place the plugs and boots directly into the paper boxes without additional plastic bags. Our OEM services can help customers achieve sustainable practices and satisfy their specific needs.

Individual Packaging for RJ45 Panels, Faceplates, Accessories, and Hand Tools

RJ45 Panels, faceplates, accessories, and hand tools are individually packed in eco-friendly paper packaging. Individual paper packaging provides maximum protection and allows for easy distribution while ensuring the items arrive in a good condition. These OEM / ODM packaging options can be customized for your branding needs.

Custom ODM Packaging Solutions to Meet Specific Needs

EXW offers customized paper packaging for all products. For example, we have designed paper packaging for ISO/IEC 11801-1 compliant Cat.6 plugs and boots, placing 10 plugs and 10 boots in a single paper box, eliminating individual plastic bags and reducing waste. Additionally, we created a package combining a Cat.6A 24-port empty panel with 24 pieces of 4PPoE keystone jacks, meeting a customer's unique request. This flexibility displays our commitment to providing tailored solutions that align with both customer requirements and ESG goals.
