RJ45 Cat6 Unshielded Ethernet Patch Cable/Patch Lead

CAT6 slim patch cord with 32 AWG bare copper insulation enables high speed in those thin wires. We offer 1 to 3 meters component link tests for CAT6 thin ethernet cable that complies with relevant TIA and ISO component standards, using Fluke DSX-8000 cable tester. The connector uses our patented 3-prong contact pins that have an outstanding ability to minimize alien crosstalk. The gold plating thickness can be customized. We also manufacture PVC, LSZH, or anti-bacterial cable jackets for OEM and ODM orders.

Extra Small and Short Molded Plugs With Round Cable

The 18.3 mm extra small plugs and the short molding with the ultra thin jacket OD of 2.8 mm allow the patch cord to have a very small bending radius of 11.2 mm. The small bend radius greatly reduces its surface area by 78%, compared to that of a normal Cat.6 24 AWG round patch cord. The Cat.6 ultra thin 32 AWG RJ45 round cable makes cable management much easier. Some may prefer flat cables depending on the installation. But, generally, round cables are a great alternative to flat cables because they are easier to install and better protected against EMI. The flexible round jacket that protects the wires is robust and extremely durable to sustain the bends in the cable.

Calculate Minimum Bend Radius for Stranded Cables

The calculation for cable bend radius of a stranded cable is 4 x D where D is the outer diameter of the cable. In this case, that is 4 x 2.8 mm = 11.2 mm. So, our Cat6 UTP 32 AWG slim patch cable has the ability to bend around a small imaginary circle with a radius of 11.2 mm.

Smallest Bend Radius and Greatest Flexibility: 11.2 mm

Our CAT6 cable with small wire gauge (AWG) and small outer diameter (OD) decreases surface area (SA) and has greater material flexibility. It opens up more space and has a smaller bend radius that enables the cables to follow the lines of the walls and ceilings much more closely. Thin Ethernet cables can be used in automatic machines in factories or automatic doors for vehicles and trains where you might need a thinner cable in a tight and limited space.

For smaller connector sizes, molding types 205-3 to 205-5 are recommended because they have 15.3 mm long connector sizes. Made to meet the various needs and global demands for ultra thin and small ethernet cables, the molding lengths of 205-3 to 205-5 are only 3 millimeters long, which are shorter than that of its counterparts by 3 millimeters.
