Cat6 OEM Mold for a Belarusian Cabling Manufacturer
Since 2022, EXW has partnered with a leading Belarusian cabling manufacturer that serves data centers, government organizations, and commercial buildings. Impressed by our broad product lines and our ability to provide OEM and ODM services, they entrusted us to create a new mold and customize keystone jacks, plugs, and boots with their logos. Our solutions supported their branding needs while meeting RoHS and UL standards for multiple networking applications. OEM Requirements of the Belarusian Cabling Manufacturer
The customer contacted us with 3 key requirements: opening new molds with OEM logos for plugs, keystone jacks, and plug boots; creating customized labels and product manuals in Belarusian; and high-quality Cat6 products. Our R&D team developed precise molds and engraved their logos in optimal positions for visibility. We also provided bilingual labels and manuals, meeting the needs of international and local markets. Furthermore, our UL and FORCE compliant Cat6 products underwent rigorous tests such as connector insertion-and-withdrawal testing, plating thickness testing, and corrosion resistance assessments.
RJ45 OEM New Mold and Logo Designs for Optimal Branding
Before opening a new mold, we engaged in detailed communication to ensure the designs met their branding requirements. Initially, we noted that their square logo did not stand out well on the plug boot, so we proposed engraving their company name for a clearer, more noticeable display. During the thorough communications, we advised the suitable positions of each cabling product to print their logo and enhance their brand identity. Just like the picture shown below, their custom logos are printed on the latches of keystone jacks and modular plugs, and on the body of plug boots.
Customized Support and Rigorous Tests for RJ45 Products
We fulfilled their requirements for custom bilingual labels and product manuals with their logos. To ensure clarity and brand visibility, we recommended adjusting the font’s thickness and color on the labels and manuals, which included both English and Russian text for their buyers’ convenience. Furthermore, we ensured our RJ45 products’ quality through connector insertion-and-withdrawal test, gold plating thickness, and corrosion resistance assessments. We were able to deliver their custom products within 6 to 8 weeks, earning positive feedback and built the foundation for our long-term partnership.

The customer frequently ordered our Cat6 solutions, including the Cat.6 UTP 180 Degree 110 and Krone Keystone Jack (3J01-A01-00044), Cat.6 STP Modular Plug With Load Bar (C6R5Z50V2SIL), RJ45 Modular Plug Boot (01-129), and RJ45 Multi-Function Crimper (3H000044). The keystone jack is UL certified and RoHS compliant, providing optimal network performance and reducing harmful substances. Our modular plug features a 6 up 2 down wire position, minimizing crosstalk. Additionally, the transparent PC boot enables you to see the cable color, providing color management, while the multi-function crimper meets a wide range of termination needs in one tool.
