We have strong product design ability and precision mold fabrication capability. Many cabling products with excellent performance and features such as the Augmented Cat. 8 (with data transmission up to 25 Gbps and bandwidth up to 2 GHz verified by the Fluke DSX-8000 Cable Analyzer) Patch Cord are available. All of the popular products can be customized from the thickness of the gold plating and custom-made plug boots to personalized packaging and logo printing.

Mold Development

Electrical Discharge Machining
It is a metal-removal and fabrication process by which creates curved surfaces and complex shapes. It can also be used for surface grinding and polishing for smooth mirror finishing, which replaces manual polishing process.
Quadra-Chek 200
The QC200 is an advanced digital readout, which measures and inspects 2D and 3D geometric components that demand very high levels of precision and accuracy.
Mold Workshop
The employees at the workshop are responsible for mold maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Mold Polishing
The production requires a high-precision molding, and our machines have highly consistent tolerance of ± 0.005 mm. The machine can polish flat surfaces, curved surfaces, radius corners, and bevels.
CNC Milling and Shaping
Shaping the workpiece towards the finished form, the machine cuts internal shapes and external forms.
CNC Bed Milling Machine
It is used for the manufacturing of large and heavy casings and parts.
Optical Comparator
It is used to inspect and measure the dimensions of small manufactured parts (maximum magnification zoom: 50x).
